FAQ

VAYN warranty (6 months from delivery date)

You are eligible for a replacement or a refund as long as you send back the product and provide a proof of purchase. This warranty covers anything associated with faulty workmanship. Meaning things such as loose stones, manufacturing flaws in material or construction, broken clasps due to manufacturing defects, and even tarnishing in the first 2 months of having your product. However anything associated with normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes tarnishing, oxidation, rhodium plating wear (post two months), scratches, dents, etc.

Shipping

Products will be shipped out on the same day or the next if necessary (please keep in mind of post office hours so if you order on a weekend or holiday there will be more of a wait). If any delays happen that will be communicated to you via email, however I can assure you that the product will be shipped out ASAP as I like to have them premade. I understand how frustrating it is to order something online (especially clothing) and having to wait a week or more.

Restocks

A personal goal of mine is to have everything premade so customers don't have to wait for a specific product because that is a personal pet peeve of mine whenever I shop online. If, for any reason a product is sold out you will be given the opportunity to put in your phone number to be notified whenever a product is eventually restocked. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for a new batch of jewelry to be sent to me!

Returns

All sales are final unless covered by VAYN warranty. As much as i want to offer the leniency of returns, the process of accepting a return, refunding, etc. is too much of a hassle for me. Don't be afraid to contact me however if you think your reason for a possible return is valid, I am more than happy in trying to figure something out.

Care

Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Store pieces individually in a dry place and clean periodically using a soft microfiber cloth. Rhodium plating fades over time (typically between 1-2 years of consistent wear) and can be reapplied if necessary. You can always replate, and polish your jewelry. It only becomes a problem if this is necessary within the first few months. If that happens please contact me.
